Our Client in the Landscaping Industry – Columbus, OH

Our client is hiring an experienced Landscape Production Manager to lead crews, manage daily field operations, and ensure high-quality landscape and grounds maintenance work. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives outdoors and knows how to drive productivity.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily landscape and grounds maintenance operations
• Build and manage crew schedules to maximize productivity
• Track labor hours, job costs, and meet weekly productivity goals
• Lead, coach, and develop Foremen and field crews
• Conduct site inspections and customer walkthroughs
• Ensure quality work with no “go-backs”
• Enforce safety standards and equipment inspections
• Support snow operations during winter (routing, staffing, materials)

What You Need

• 3+ years landscape industry experience
  (required)
• Leadership or crew management experience preferred
• Strong understanding of scheduling, job costing, and productivity
• Valid Ohio Driver’s License; insurable
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather
• Bilingual skills a plus
