Schedule: Friday and Saturday, 10:30 AM to 9:00 PM Status: Part-time, ~21 hours/week
We are a high-volume Chinese restaurant with banquet and line-service style similar to Panda Express. You will deliver fast, friendly service, keep the line stocked and clean, and ensure guests have a great experience during peak hours.
Greet guests, take orders, answer menu questions, and process payments on POS.
Serve items from a hot line/banquet setup, portioning accurately and quickly.
Run food, refill sauces, utensils, napkins, and beverages.
Buss and reset tables, maintain a clean dining area and service line.
Support simple prep and stocking before, during, and after service.
Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
Assist with large party orders and catering pickups as needed.
Customer service or restaurant experience preferred, especially fast-casual or buffet/banquet service.
Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 35 lbs.
Reliable for Friday and Saturday shifts, 10:30 AM to 9:00 PM.
Clear communication and teamwork under pressure.
Food Handler card or willingness to obtain.
Bilingual a plus, especially Mandarin or Cantonese with English.
