Location: Huntington Beach, CA
Shifts Available:

• 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
  Monday – Sunday Scheduling Availability Required

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00/hour (DOE)

Overview

We are partnering with a busy and well-established Teriyaki restaurant in Huntington Beach that is immediately hiring 4 Cashier / Customer Service Associates for both morning and evening shifts.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering friendly, efficient customer service. Previous restaurant experience is helpful, but not required the client is willing to train the right individuals with positive attitudes, strong personalities, and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly, welcoming, and professional attitude

• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently

• Operate cash register and process cash/card payments

• Answer customer questions regarding menu items and specials

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter and dining areas

• Assist with order packaging and handoff to customers

• Work collaboratively with kitchen and team members during busy periods

• Provide a positive customer experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment

• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Friendly, outgoing, and team-oriented personality

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when taking orders

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Previous cashier, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred but not required

• Willingness to learn and take direction

• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends

Work Environment

• Fast-paced restaurant environment in Huntington Beach

• Customer-facing role requiring consistent interaction with guests

• Team-oriented atmosphere with a focus on customer service and efficiency

• Standing for extended periods may be required
