Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine building maintenance and repairs
• Troubleshoot and fix basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical issues
• Complete work orders in a timely manner
• Assist with preventive maintenance tasks

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of building maintenance/general carpentry experience
• Valid driver’s license required
• Basic hand and power tools required
• Knowledge of general maintenance procedures
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work independently
