Tool Kitting / Warehouse Associate

 

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Tool Kitting / Warehouse Associate. This position is responsible for assembling and organizing tool kits, maintaining inventory accuracy, and assisting with shipping and receiving operations as needed.

 

Responsibilities

• Assemble and organize tool kits according to company specifications
• Identify and handle basic hand tools and accessories (e.g., bits, sockets, wrenches, drivers).
• Verify kit contents against BOM before shipment
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Assist with inventory counts and stock organization
• Support shipping and receiving operations when needed
• Load, unload, and move materials safely throughout the warehouse
• Operate warehouse equipment and forklifts when required

 

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of hand tools and tool components preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Shipping and receiving experience are a plus
• Forklift experience or certification preferred; onsite certification available
• Ability to safely lift and move materials
• Some heavy lifting may be required

 

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with warehouse operations
• Experience using inventory or shipping systems
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
