Skilled Industrial Maintenance

Located in Ixonia, WI

Salary: up to $35/hr

A Machine Shop Maintenance Technician is needed in the Ixonia area! This growing CNC production plant is looking for an experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to help repair and operate machines.

Schedule: 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 6am-2pm

Pay: $24-35/hr based on skill level and on the job experience

Duties:

• Perform and report preventative maintenance on all CNC machinery
• Diagnose, evaluate, repair all unscheduled breakdowns, test, align machines
• Report and document OEM parts orders with managers
• Assist operators with rigging, setup, alignment, and operation of machines as required
• Conduct regular inspections for maintenance and safety purposes.
• Perform electrical repairs and installations, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Skills required:

• Strong knowledge of Industrial Maintenance
• Extensive knowledge with CNC controls and operation
• Proficient in electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques.
• Strong organizational skills with a ability to maintain accurate records.
