Position Title: Receiver
Department: Receiving
Pay Range: $18.00 – $20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Receiver to join our team. This role is responsible for accurately receiving and processing incoming shipments of doors, millwork, hardware, and windows. The ideal candidate is organized, motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments from vendors
• Verify packing slips against purchase orders for accuracy
• Pull, label, and organize materials for production use
• Maintain accurate receiving documentation and records
• Assist other departments as needed
• Ensure materials are handled safely and efficiently

Qualifications

• Experience with receiving processes and related paperwork required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, motivated, and energetic work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift experience (not required)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 60 lbs frequently
• Ability to bend, lift, and twist regularly throughout the shift
