QA Staging/Inspection Associate

Located in Vista, CA

Salary: $22hr

Position Summary: Inspects raw materials, packaging components, intermediates, third-party bulks, and finished goods to ensure compliance with AQL standards. Collects samples for testing and retention while following SOPs, GDP, and cGMP requirements. Maintains inspection tracking records and supports material staging, disposition labeling, warehouse organization, and forklift safety practices.

Responsibilities:

• Uses a forklift to move and stage materials for QA inspection.
• Places status labels on inspected pallets.
• Checks materials and finished products for quality and collects samples for testing.
• Completes inspection paperwork and records any quality issues found.
• Updates pallet labels and inventory cards with the correct material status.
• Keeps inspection tracking records up to date.
• Reports safety concerns to management.
• Helps with additional tasks like pulling extra or retained samples when needed.
• Completes routine weekly and monthly tasks, including replacing equipment charts and disposing of materials.
• Performs other assigned duties as needed.

Minimum Requirements:  Forklift certification and 2+ years of quality assurance (QA) experience.

Schedule: Monday-Friday,7am-3:30pm
