Customer Service Associate

Located in Columbus, IN

Salary: $18.50/hr

Company Information: A company in the Columbus, Indiana area is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team!

Customer Service Associate:

• Will help out in a variety of ways including entering customer information and orders, taking all incoming calls from customers and troubleshooting issues.
• Will also assist with pulling and picking products, filling out bills of lading, and a variety of other basic warehouse duties.
• Will process customer EDI, and process orders through SAP/M2M
• Will monitor customer portals for multiple compliances

Customer Service Associate's Pay:

• $18.50/HR
• Benefits available upon hire-on!

Customer Service Associate's Schedule: 

• Monday - Friday
• 6:30AM - 3PM 

Customer Service Associate's Requirements:

• Previous shipping and receiving experience is a must!
• The Customer Service Representative must have experience with SAP and be comfortable creating spreadsheets and using formulas in Excel.
• The ideal candidate will have a forklift license.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
• Experience with comprehensive inventory system. 
• Prefered but not required Oracle experience and APICS certification.
