Assembler - 3 day work week

Located in Burlington, ON

Salary: $18-419

We are currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented Assemblers / Production Associates to join our manufacturing team in Burlington. The successful candidates will be responsible for assembling parts and components, performing quality inspections, and ensuring products meet company standards.

Candidates must be able to read blueprints and safely operate hand and power tools in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and components according to blueprints and work instructions
• Perform quality inspections on finished products
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Identify and report defects or production issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow company safety procedures and production standards.

Skills

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience using hand tools and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbs
