DETAILED SUMMARY:

Schedule appointments.
Provide accurate information to different departments.
Answer inbound phone calls.
Handle and resolve complaints, escalating issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions.
Identify and report recurring issues to management to improve customer experience.
Greet guests.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Experience as a Hotel Receptionist.
Ability to handle unexpected situations calmly and effectively.
Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend in English.
Must have excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
