Job Title: QuickBooks Specialist (Inventory Focus)

We are looking for a detail-oriented QuickBooks expert with strong inventory and data entry experience to manage accounting records and inventory tracking.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain QuickBooks (invoices, bills, entries)
• Manage inventory setup, tracking, and adjustments
• Reconcile inventory and financial data
• Generate reports and ensure accuracy

Requirements:

• Proven QuickBooks experience
• Strong inventory/data entry background
• High attention to detail
• Excel/Google Sheets skills preferred

Pay:

• $25.00/hour and up, based on experience
