General Laborer

About the Role

We are seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to join our team as General Laborers. This position involves a variety of physical tasks that support daily operations across multiple work sites. Every day brings something different, and you’ll be part of a team that values safety, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

• General Labour Duties — Lift, move, load, and unload materials as required

• Support for Trades/Supervisors — Assist skilled tradespeople or supervisors with tasks as needed

• Work Area Maintenance — Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe

• Tool & Equipment Use — Operate basic hand tools and equipment (training provided if needed)

• Safety Compliance — Follow all safety procedures and company policies

• Task Completion — Complete assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner

Qualifications

• Previous general labor experience is an asset but not required

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

• Ability to work in various weather conditions (if applicable)

• Good communication and teamwork skills

Salary

$18 – $20 per hour, depending on experience
