Shipper/Receiver (Forklift Required)

Located in Mississauga, ON

Salary: $22-$24 / per hour

Shipper/Receiver

Type: Temp‑to‑Perm Location: Argentia Road, Mississauga

Requirements

• Valid forklift license with proven forklift driving experience

• Demonstrated experience in warehouse distribution or manufacturing

• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or similar platforms

• Hands‑on experience with shipping & receiving, order picking, and packaging

• Strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols and best practices

• Experience with order fulfillment processes

• Knowledge of WMS considered an asset

• Ability to work efficiently with strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Shipment Preparation — Package products according to specifications and company standards

• Shipping & Receiving — Verify incoming/outgoing orders and update information in the WMS

• Order Picking — Ensure accurate picking and fulfillment for customer or manufacturing orders

• Material Handling — Load and unload materials using forklifts and other heavy equipment while following safety protocols

• Inventory Organization — Maintain clean, organized storage areas to support efficient inventory movement

• Warehouse Support — Assist with construction or warehouse setup tasks as required

• Equipment Inspections — Conduct routine checks on forklifts, cranes, and related equipment to ensure safe operation

• Collaboration — Work with warehouse management to optimize shipping schedules and maintain inventory accuracy
