CNC Machine Operator

Located in Grove, OK

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC machines for gear manufacturing including gear hobbing / cog cutting

Interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions

Install tooling, fixtures, and program offsets as required 

perform first-piece inspections and make adjustments to maintain tolerances 

monitor machine performances and ensure quality output 

Inspect finished parts using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) 

Maintain production records and documentation 

Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures 

perform routine machine maintenance and housekeeping 

 

Experience with CNC Machining and Machine setup 

Experience with gear cutting, gear hobbing, or cog cutting 

ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blue prints 

Strong Understanding of machining tolerances and prescision measurement 

Familiarity with CNC controls ( Fanuc, Haas, or similar preferred)

Mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills

ability to work independently and as part of a team.
