As a Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for introducing business prospects within our community to the various services that Express Employment provides with phone calls, emails and being on the road.
You should be comfortable having conversations with local business leaders, always expect professional results, and desires to solve problems. Organized and connected would describe your sales style.

This is an inside-outside sales/marketing position in which you are networking with local companies and interfacing with your team of staffing specialists on a daily basis. No prior sales experience or staffing industry knowledge required, we will train. The main goal of this position is to help companies understand how we can help them in the areas of HR, employment, and leadership.
Sales Representative Responsibilities
- Network with Local Businesses
- Business to Business (B2B) sales (NO residential calls)
- Develop leads
- Contact local companies to set appointments
- Develop marketing/sales proposals and respond to RFPs
- Generate New Business
- Prepare and execute a sales/marketing program.
Sales Representative Skills
- Personable, determined, and driven to make a difference.
- Comfortable having face to face and telephone conversations with local business leaders
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- This position requires a vehicle/valid driver’s license for outside sales calls and appointments.
$50-$65K (base + commission)
