Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Landscaping & Gardening Maintenance Worker for a residential property located in Saunderstown.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain planting beds through weeding, mulching, and debris removal
• Prune shrubs, hedges, and small trees to promote healthy growth
• Water plants and monitor irrigation systems as needed
• Identify and report plant health concerns such as pests, disease, or nutrient deficiencies
• Clean and maintain walkways, patios, and landscaped areas to ensure a polished appearance
• Safely operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment
• Follow property-specific landscaping schedules and maintenance standards
• Maintain the overall appearance and upkeep of a private residential property in Saunderstown

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance preferred
• Basic knowledge of plants, shrubs, and lawn care practices
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Physical ability to perform outdoor work in varying weather conditions
• Reliable transportation and punctuality

Compensation:

• Pay Rate: $22 per hour
