Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Data Management & Customer Service Coordinator responsible for data extraction, manipulation, order processing, and customer support activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical, administrative, and communication skills with the ability to manage data accurately while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Extract, organize, manipulate, and validate data from multiple sources.
  • Perform accurate data and order entry using ERP systems.
  • Process, review, and maintain customer and order information with high accuracy.
  • Provide customer support to internal and external customers and respond to inquiries professionally.
  • Analyze data and generate reports using advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
  • Maintain documentation, support compliance requirements, and improve operational processes.
  • Prepare presentations and communicate updates effectively with teams and clients.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical, analytical, and customer service skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems, data management, and Advanced Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
