**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales in a retail environment.

**Duties:**

- Engage with customers to provide outstanding service and drive sales

- Utilize upselling techniques to increase revenue

- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately

- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

- Assist customers in selecting products and provide product knowledge

- Bilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish, is a plus

 

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service

- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage customers

- Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations

- Knowledge of furniture sales is preferable
