Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking energetic, customer‑focused candidates for Shift Server openings in Forest Lake, MN. Key Responsibilities

• Dining Room Service — Provide friendly, efficient service to guests during meal periods.

• Food Delivery — Deliver meals promptly while ensuring accuracy and presentation standards.

• Customer Support — Assist guests with menu questions, special requests, and general needs.

• Sanitation Tasks — Maintain a clean dining area, including wiping tables, restocking supplies, and following food safety guidelines.

• Team Collaboration — Support kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth meal service and a positive environment.

Qualifications

• Customer Service Experience — Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred.

• Communication Skills — Ability to interact professionally with guests and team members.

• Physical Requirements — Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

• Reliability — Consistent attendance and punctuality.

• Food Safety Awareness — Understanding of safe food handling practices (training provided).
