Warehouse Associate
Location: Mississauga

Position Overview

Are you a dependable and hardworking individual looking to join a stable and supportive team environment? Our client, a well-established and respected company in Mississauga, is currently seeking a Warehouse Associate (Order Picker / Packer) to support their growing warehouse operations.

The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately using RF scanners
• Perform shipping and receiving duties with a high level of accuracy
• Load and unload trucks and containers safely and efficiently
• Handle and lift products weighing up to 50 lbs
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support inventory management processes
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe at all times
• Follow company procedures and workplace safety standards
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors or management

Qualifications & Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred
• Experience using RF scanners and inventory management systems
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and physically active environment
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
