Maintenance Technician for a family oriented company in Clifton Park, NY!  

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18-19 / hour

Tasks for the Maintenance Technician:

• Apartment Cleanouts
• Demo work
• Landscaping of common areas, snow removal
• Other General Labor duties

Qualifications for the Maintenance Technician:

• Detail-oriented and safety conscious
• Able to bend, twist and lift up to 50lbs
• Able to withstand outdoor temperatures for long periods of time

Work Schedule for the Maintenance Technician:

• Monday-Friday 7am-3pm (hours may change)
