Pay & Schedule

• Salary: $17.00 / hour

• Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Material Handling: Safely move, organize, and load heavy flooring materials, including large carpet rolls and luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring.

• Order Fulfillment: Accurately pull stock for customer orders and incoming deliveries based on manifest numbers and quantities.

• Machinery Operation: Learn to safely and efficiently operate the warehouse Baler machine (full training provided).

• Inventory Tracking: Assist in keeping accurate counts of materials on the warehouse floor.

What We Are Looking For

• Strong Math Skills: This position requires sharp basic math skills for measuring materials, calculating dimensions, and keeping inventory precise.

• Physical Stamina: Must be able-bodied and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly, handling bulky items, and spending the day on your feet.

• Teachable & Driven: A quick learner with a strong focus on warehouse safety who takes direction well.

• Forklift Experience: Prior forklift skills are a big plus, but not required—we are willing to train the right person!
