Job Title: CNC Programmer Supervisor

Pay: $20.00 to $25.00 (DOE)

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated CNC Programmer Supervisor to lead programming and machining operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for overseeing CNC programming, supervising team members, and ensuring production efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead CNC programmers and machinists
• Develop, edit, and optimize CNC programs (mills, lathes, etc.)
• Review blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy
• Improve machining processes for efficiency, cost savings, and quality
• Coordinate production schedules and workflow with management
• Troubleshoot machine and programming issues
• Train and mentor team members on CNC operations and best practices
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Maintain documentation, tooling requirements, and program records

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CNC programming and machining experience
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Proficiency with CNC programming software (Mastercam, Fusion 360, or similar)
• Strong understanding of G-code, tooling, and machining processes
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience
• Knowledge of multi-axis machining
• Strong attention to detail and quality control standards

Work Environment

• Industrial/manufacturing setting
• Exposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperatures
• Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to XX lbs as needed
