A fast-paced local operation is seeking a reliable, hands-on Warehouse Supervisor & Dispatcher to lead daily logistics and order fulfillment. This role is perfect for a sharp, organized individual who enjoys being active on the warehouse floor while managing the critical puzzle of dispatching delivery trucks.

Job Type: Full-time
Shift Options: Monday – Friday | Choose either 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM OR 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Hands-on Leadership: Perform physical warehouse duties alongside the team in a fast-paced environment to meet daily productivity and shipping deadlines.
Order & Stage Management: Responsibly and accurately pull customer orders, prepare them for transport, and stage products for outgoing shipments.
Smart Dispatching: Coordinate, organize, and dispatch finalized orders to delivery trucks to ensure efficient route management.
Inventory & Shipping Control: Maintain an organized inventory system, ensure timely and accurate loading of outbound shipments, and keep the warehouse floor running smoothly.
Safety & Equipment: Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow strict procedures while handling heavy materials.
Proven Experience: Background in warehouse operations, order staging, or dispatching is highly preferred.
Leadership Mindset: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members, keep a cool head under tight shipping deadlines, and keep the team on track.
Physical Stamina: Comfortable handling heavy materials, operating warehouse machinery, and staying on your feet in a high-energy environment.
Strong Organization: Detail-oriented with a knack for keeping track of inventory numbers and truck dispatch schedules.
