Customer Service Representative

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a temporary Customer Service Representative for a growing manufacturing company in the Hibbing area! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment, communicating with customers, and keeping projects organized from start to finish.

This position offers a dayshift, Monday through Thursday schedule, and starting wage is $18.00/hour. If you are detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoy problem-solving, this could be the perfect fit for you! 

Responsibilities

• Enter and process customer orders accurately
• Review orders, pricing, and revisions to ensure information matches customer quote
• Communicate with customers regarding order confirmations, updates, and shipment timelines
• Coordinate scheduling and release jobs to production
• Monitor shipment schedules and help ensure orders are completed on time
• Create and maintain job packets and electronic order documentation
• Assist with tracking customer orders throughout the manufacturing process
• Work closely with multiple departments to support smooth production flow
• Provide backup support to other office departments as needed
• Maintain organized records and documentation

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or office experience preferred (2+ years ideal)
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office programs
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with customers and coworkers
• Manufacturing or industrial office experience is a plus
