Position: Forklift Operator
Location: Mississauga

Position Overview

We are currently seeking experienced and dependable Forklift Operators to join our client’s warehouse team in Mississauga. The ideal candidate will have hands-on warehouse experience, valid forklift certification, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires strong attention to safety, reliability, and a willingness to support overall warehouse operations as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate various types of forklifts, including Counter Balance, Reach, and Order Picker.
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials within the warehouse.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and company policies.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations.
• Perform additional warehouse duties and support tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Handle materials and products carefully to prevent damage.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience required.
• Valid forklift certification/license required.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience operating:
  • Counter Balance
  • Reach Truck
  • Order Picker
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable, responsible, and able to commit to long-term employment.
• Strong attention to detail and workplace safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must provide 2 work-related references.
