Now Hiring: Maintenance Technician / Machine Repair

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair production machinery. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working hands-on with equipment, and keeping operations running efficiently.

What You’ll Do

• Install, relocate, and maintain production machinery and mechanical equipment
• Diagnose equipment issues and perform troubleshooting and repairs
• Rebuild and overhaul machines and components, including:
  • Disassembly and inspection
  • Machining parts or replacing components
• Fabricate or modify replacement parts as needed
• Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
• Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in industrial maintenance, machine repair, or rebuild work
• Strong mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting skills
• Experience with:
  • Machine teardown and rebuilds
  • Mechanical systems and components
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or manuals
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment/components
• Frequent standing, bending, and lifting
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
