Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests with warm, concierge style check-in/check-out
  • Manage reservations via phone, email, and booking platforms
  • Collection of payments/rent from each guest
  • Answer incoming calls and provide park information/answer questions
  • Address guest concerns and respond to incidents with professionalism and care
  • Maintain park compliance and enforce community rules
  • Communicate and collaborate with the corporate office and maintenance team
  • Keep accurate, consistent documentation and daily reporting
  • Clean on site facilities, such as restrooms, showers and laundry room
  • Ensure clear, friendly communication with guests, teammates, vendors, and leadership

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a guest focused, self-motivated individual who can take initiative and lead with a service first mindset. This is a hands on role ideal for someone who enjoys being active and working closely with people in a RV park setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills; written and verbal
  • Prior experience in customer service or hospitality (RV parks a plus!)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using basic computer systems for reservations and reporting
