About the Position

Our client is one of Ontario’s leading providers of municipal, industrial, and agricultural wastewater infrastructure and environmental services. They are currently seeking a dependable and safety-focused AZ Relief Driver to support their transportation operations on an evening route.

This position is ideal for an experienced commercial driver looking for consistent part-time evening work with a reputable organization.

Schedule & Route

• Start time: Approximately 4:00 PM
• Shift length: Approximately 6–7 hours per day
• Route: Pick up in Brantford, ON, deliver to Toronto, unload, and return the truck to Brantford
• Local evening route – home daily

Wage

• $30.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Operate a Class AZ commercial vehicle safely and professionally
• Transport loads between Brantford and Toronto in compliance with MTO and company regulations
• Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Accurately record inspections, loads, mileage, and hours using electronic logging systems
• Assist with loading and unloading as required
• Maintain a clean and professional attitude when interacting with customers and team members
• Ensure all deliveries are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule

What We Are Looking For

• Valid Ontario AZ Driver’s License
• Minimum 2 years of AZ driving experience
• Experience hauling tankers, B-trains, flatbeds, or other heavy equipment strongly preferred
• Clean CVOR and Driver’s Abstract
• Strong understanding of commercial driving safety standards and regulations
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Comfortable with evening and city driving
