Warehouse Clerk

Located in Tyler, TX

Salary: $14/hr

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to join a local company in Tyler, TX! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas who have openings they are looking to fill with great talent we find for them!

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming raw materials and finished goods

• Accurately store and organize inventory within designated warehouse locations

• Stage and prepare materials for production and shipment

• Load and unload materials and finished products safely and efficiently

• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts

• Ensure materials are properly labeled and handled according to procedures

• Support warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards

• Follow company policies, quality procedures, and operational guidelines

• Collaborate with team members and leadership to support daily warehouse operations

• Exhibit accountability, ownership, and professionalism in all assigned duties

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of warehouse, inventory, or materials handling experience preferred

• Dependable and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

• Ability to proactively prioritize and efficiently complete tasks

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret job-specific information, documents, and procedures

• Basic mathematical skills including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Forklift experience is a plus (if applicable)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods throughout the workday

• Must be able to reach above shoulder height and below the waist as needed

• Ability to lift and move materials throughout the workday using proper lifting techniques

• Must be capable of performing physically demanding warehouse tasks in a safe manner
