Job Summary:
The Channel Letter Fabricator is responsible for the construction and assembly of custom metal channel letters used in illuminated and non-illuminated signage. This role requires precision metalworking skills, familiarity with sign fabrication techniques, and the ability to interpret technical drawings to produce high-quality signage components.

Key Responsibilities:

* Fabricate metal channel letters from aluminum based on design specifications and shop drawings
* Operate fabrication equipment such as brakes, shears, saws, routers, and welders
* Bend, cut, and assemble letter returns and backs with accuracy and consistency
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Experience in sign fabrication, metalworking, or a related trade preferred
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements
* Proficiency with hand tools and fabrication machinery
* Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
* Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines

Physical Requirements:

* Ability to stand for extended periods
* Lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs
* Perform repetitive tasks involving cutting, bending, and assembly
