Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Support: Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.

Phone Management: Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments or staff members.

Appointment Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and reservations as needed.

Customer Assistance: Assist clients with general inquiries and provide information or direct them to the appropriate person.

Record Keeping: Maintain organized and accurate records, files, and documents in both electronic and paper formats.

Administrative Support: Provide general clerical and administrative support to ensure efficient daily office operations.

Office Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception and common work areas.

 

Requirements:

Computer Proficiency: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and basic office equipment.

Attention to Detail: Strong accuracy and attention to detail when managing information and handling multiple tasks.

Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients, staff, and visitors.

Organization: Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Problem Solving: Ability to use sound judgment and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service abilities with the capability to maintain positive working relationships.

Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of experience in receptionist, clerical support, customer service, or a related field preferred.
