Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring reliable and motivated individuals for a Food Production Associate position with a growing manufacturing company in Tomah, Wisconsin. This is a full-time, 1st shift opportunity offering consistent hours, three-day weekends most weeks, and the chance to advance quickly within the company.

Candidates who demonstrate strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to handle more physically demanding responsibilities may have the opportunity to move into higher-level production roles paying up to $21.00/hour in a short amount of time.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform sanitation and cleaning of food processing equipment throughout the facility
• Rotate between production and sanitation workstations during the shift
• Operate on elevated platforms while feeding product into processing equipment
• Inspect machinery and equipment for cleanliness, quality, and defects
• Package finished product for shipment
• Clean and sanitize racks, machinery, and parts using proper bleaching procedures
• Deburr product bases and assist with maintaining quality standards
• Follow all food safety and manufacturing procedures

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Recent manufacturing, production, industrial, or warehouse experience within the last 6 months required
• Forklift experience preferred, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally and 20 lbs repetitively
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Comfortable working on your feet throughout the shift
