Express Employment Professionals, Atlanta NE location has an immeidate Temp to hire position in Doraville for a Non-CDL driver/warehouse worker with great custome service. Candidate should be able to operate a forklift and pallet jack. 

 

• Perform daily pre-trip / post-trip inspections on vehicles and keep accurate records.
• Operate a forklift (powered industrial truck)
• Load truck accurately, safely, and properly secure the load for customer deliveries.
• Organize appropriate paperwork for daily deliveries. Example: Invoices, Pick-up tickets, etc.
• Accurately deliver and unload customer orders to designated destinations in a timely manner and obtain signatures to complete all required paperwork.
• Collect payments at the time of delivery when required.
• Fill customer orders by retrieving material from the warehouse and other locations.
• Check in and put away material, verifying quantities and quality of received material. Maintain clear aisles and walkways. Ensure the material is properly organized.
• Follow procedures for returned products. Returned products include over-stock, damaged products, and warranty items.
• Accept returns from customers, complete appropriate paperwork, and return products to the warehouse.

 

Education and Experience

• A valid Class C United States Driver’s License is required.
• An insurable driving record is required.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred

Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift-up-to 100 lbs. Move product as much as 100 yards. Must be able to sit and drive for

HOURS

This is a full-time position. Typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Based on branch location, work hours are subject to change. Must be flexible to work additional hours, evenings, weekends, and Saturdays during peak season
