Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Dispatcher to serve as the first point of contact for incoming communications and office coordination. This role is responsible for managing phone traffic, supporting administrative operations, and maintaining a professional and efficient front office environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and manage incoming calls efficiently
  • Route and transfer calls to appropriate departments or personnel
  • Coordinate communication between callers, staff, and supervisors
  • Provide administrative support, including photocopying, filing, and document organization
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation filing systems
  • Keep the reception and dispatch area clean, organized, and presentable at all times
  • Assist supervisors and office staff with general office duties as needed

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proficiency in computer use and basic office software applications
  • Ability to manage and respond to email communications effectively
  • Experience operating office equipment such as copiers, printers, and phones
