Position: Laborer (Grader/Sorter)
Type: Full-Time, Evaluation to Hire
Location: Woodinville
Pay: $22-$24 per hour, DOE 
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30AM-4PM

Job Details

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Laborer to join a recycling company in Woodinville. This is a hands-on, outdoor role that involves sorting materials, maintaining site organization, and supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, mechanically inclined, comfortable around equipment and machinery, and open to learning new skills.

This position is well-suited for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and works well both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Sort and organize metals for recycling
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the worksite
  • Assist with loading and unloading materials
  • Operate a forklift
  • Perform basic computer tasks such as logging materials, tracking work, or following digital instructions
  • Follow all safety protocols while working around heavy equipment and machinery
  • Assist with general labor and site support tasks as assigned

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Ability to stand, lift, squat, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
  • Steel-toed work boots are REQUIRED
  • Must wear long pants/jeans
  • Basic computer skills required
  • Forklift experience required
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance
  • Ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing tasks
  • Reliable, dependable, and open to learning new skills
  • Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check
