General Labor Worker Needed:

Key Responsibilities

• Truck Operation — Safely drive and operate company trucks to and from job sites across East Texas.
• Shovel Work — Perform digging, leveling, and soil removal as needed for foundation repair tasks.
• Crawl-Space Access — Enter and work within tunnels or crawl spaces under houses to assist with slab and pier adjustments.
• Material Handling — Lift, carry, and move materials weighing 40–50 lbs regularly.
• Safety Compliance — Follow all safety procedures; no work will require entering unsafe holes or confined pits.
• Team Collaboration — Work closely with crew members to complete foundation repair tasks efficiently and professionally.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs consistently
• Comfortable working in crawl spaces and under homes
• Experience with hand tools (especially shovels) preferred
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain safety standards

Work Environment

• Outdoor job sites across East Texas
• Frequent work under homes in crawl spaces
• Physical labor in varying weather conditions
• No requirement to enter deep holes or unsafe confined spaces

$16.25hr

Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm
