Position Info: Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join their team. This individual will support the assembly of hydraulic components and systems while operating in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with tools, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities
-Assemble hydraulic components, systems, and equipment per specifications and blueprints
-Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment
-Inspect parts and completed assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy
-Operate forklifts to move materials and finished products throughout the facility
-Transport equipment and materials using Class A licensed vehicles as needed
-Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
-Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
-Follow all safety procedures and DOT regulations
-Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues as they arise

Qualifications
-Experience with mechanical assembly and hydraulic systems preferred
-Proficient with hand and power tools
-Valid forklift certification required
-Valid Class A DOT license required
-Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
-Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
-Strong communication and teamwork skills
-Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
-Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods

Preferred Background
-Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, or industrial environments
-Mechanical troubleshooting experience
-Familiarity with shop safety standards and practices

Schedule & Compensation
-Full-Time
-$23.00-$25.00 per hour
