Facility Maintenance Technician (Part-Time) | $18/hr | Centralia, WA
Schedule: Monday & Tuesday 4:30pm–8:30pm; Saturday & Sunday 9:00am–1:00pm
Position Overview:
- Support a busy retail outlet center that serves a high volume of shoppers and national brands
- Work in a hands-on, outdoor/indoor environment helping maintain clean, safe, and functional facilities

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance such as minor repairs, trash removal, and general property upkeep
- Inspect common areas, walkways, and restrooms to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met
- Assist with basic handyman tasks including light plumbing, electrical fixes, and maintenance requests
