We're Hiring: Recruiting Specialist at Express Employment Professionals

Are you driven to meet goals and thrive in a fast-paced environment? Do you have strong customer service skills and enjoy speaking with people? Express Employment Professionals is looking for a focused and motivated Recruiting Specialist to join our team.

Position Requirements and Expectations:

• Conduct a minimum of 20 phone interviews per day — no exceptions

• Use strong phone communication skills to engage with candidates

• Apply customer service experience to support our recruitment process

• Accurately input and maintain candidate information

• Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM

• Starting pay: $15–$17 per hour, with advancement opportunities

Ideal Candidate:

• Goal-oriented and accountable

• Detail-focused with strong typing and organizational skills

• Excellent communicator who enjoys helping others

• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling
