We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time HR / Accounting Administrator to support both human resources and financial operations. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who is organized, analytical, and comfortable managing employee records while assisting with basic accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support payroll preparation and timekeeping review
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable processing
  • Maintain financial records, invoices, and expense reports
  • Reconcile bank statements and assist with monthly reporting
  • Enter data into accounting software with high accuracy
  • Help prepare basic financial summaries for management
  • Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in HR, accounting, or administrative roles preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Experience with payroll or accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ADP, Paychex) is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred
