Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electrical / Electronic Supervisor to lead a small team while supporting day-to-day electrical operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and basic procurement functions. This role requires hands-on electrical experience, a strong understanding of controls, and leadership capabilities to oversee a team of 5–6 employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of 5–6 employees in electrical and production-related tasks
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including 110V and 330V phase systems
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and control system layouts
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical components and systems
• Work with and understand industrial controls and control panels
• Perform hands-on electrical work including wiring, soldering, and component installation
• Assist with purchasing of electrical parts and supplies using internal systems
• Monitor and manage basic inventory levels for electrical components and materials
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and practices
• Coordinate with management to prioritize work and meet production goals

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Electrician, Electrical Technician, or similar role
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Working knowledge of electrical controls and control systems
• Experience with 110V and 330V electrical systems
• Ability to solder and work with electronic components
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and purchasing processes
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Familiarity with PLCs or automated control systems
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment

• Industrial/manufacturing setting
• Hands-on work with electrical equipment and machinery
• May require standing, lifting, and working around machinery
