Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

 

We have partnered with a local company in Northbrook to hire a Marketing Coordinator to support sales, marketing, and resident engagement efforts within a professional community environment. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and enjoys a mix of administrative work, marketing support, and event coordination.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update Salesforce leads, ensuring timely follow-up
• Assist with scheduling tours, events, and marketing activities
• Support social media and promotional campaigns
• Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and related documentation
• Prepare reports and assist with sales tracking
• Provide front desk and guest support as needed

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of administrative, marketing, sales support, or customer service experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency required
• Salesforce or CRM experience preferred
• Experience with social media or digital marketing a plus
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
