Yard / Shop Laborer (Helena, MT)

Pay: $18.50/hour
Schedule: Temporary - 8am-5pm Tues-Thur
Location: Helena, MT

Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Yard/Shop Laborer to support daily operations by maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping things in order and is comfortable working both indoors and outdoors.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain shop and yard areas
• Pick up and dispose of debris, trash, and unwanted materials
• Break down pallets and prepare materials for disposal
• Load dumpsters and ensure waste is properly sorted
• Assist with general shop tasks as needed
• Maintain a safe and organized workspace at all times
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical labor and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Comfortable working in outdoor conditions (various weather)
• Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow directions and work independently
• Previous labor or yard experience is a plus, but not required
