Salary: $20.00-$23.00 DOE

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a skilled and experienced Sign Fabricator and Installer! This role involves managing installation projects, coordinating schedules, working directly with clients, and ensuring high-quality sign installations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vinyl graphics and sign installation, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to lead projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage sign installations from planning to completion.

• Create and oversee weekly installation calendars.

• Interpret blueprints, plans, and project specifications.

• Work closely with clients to manage expectations and ensure satisfaction.

• Coordinate with all departments and leadership to meet project goals.

• Safely handle, install, and maintain a variety of sign types.

Requirements

• Previous professional sign installation experience required.

• Must pass a background check and be able to access military bases.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (insurable).

• OSHA training preferred.

• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and work at heights.

• Strong planning, organizing, and communication skills.

• Willingness to travel for out-of-town jobs, including occasional overnights.

• Physically fit and able to climb, walk, and perform manual labor
