Salary: $21/hr to start

We have a very exciting long-term position for a French Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a well-established client located in the St. Marys, ON area.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys customer interaction, multitasking, and working in a fast-paced office environment with a combination of customer service and inside sales responsibilities.

 

Must have driver's license and own reliable vehicle.  This role is 100% in-person. 

Job Details:
Evaluation hire opportunity.
$21.00/hour to start.
Increase to $24.00/hour after successful completion of probation
Full health and dental benefits once hired on.
Monday to Friday; 8am - 5pm - 100% in-person role.

Key responsibilities:
Providing bilingual customer support in both English and French
Processing orders, inquiries, and customer requests accurately and efficiently
Supporting inside sales activities and identifying upselling opportunities
Maintaining accurate records and customer information within the ERP system
Communicating with customers and internal departments to ensure smooth order flow and service delivery

Requirements:
Fully fluent in both English and French (spoken and written).
Previous customer service experience in an office or order desk environment.
Experience in a Bilingual Call Centre role is also ideal.
Experience working with an ERP system is required.
Strong computer skills and typing abilities.
Excellent multitasking, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
Ability to recognize sales opportunities while delivering excellent customer service.
