We are growing our Naperville / Carol Stream team and looking for a driven, competitive, and relationship-focused Full Desk Recruiter who wants to build a long-term career in staffing, sales, and leadership.

What This Role Really Is

As a Full Desk Recruiter, you will own the full hiring and business development cycle, including:

Building relationships with local businesses and taking quality job orders
Recruiting, interviewing, and retaining top talent
Developing and managing a strong pipeline of associates and clients
Engaging in daily sales and recruiting activity to grow your book of business
Matching candidates to opportunities in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
Creating long-term partnerships with both clients and candidates

This is not just an order-filling role.

You will be responsible for growing and managing a business line inside our office.

Consistent in recruiting and placement activity
Strong relationship builders with clients and candidates
