Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: Up to $17.50 per hour

Position Summary

Express Employment Professionals are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team. This role is responsible for monitoring the dispatch board, communicating with customers throughout the day using phones and computer systems, and ensuring accurate and timely updates on service calls. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage calls on the dispatch board throughout the day
• Communicate with customers using phone and computer systems to provide updates on service status and scheduling
• Deliver excellent customer service through outbound calls
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date records in company systems
• Make outbound calls to customers to confirm appointments, provide updates, or gather information
• Ensure all information is documented clearly and accurately
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient scheduling and service delivery

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities, especially over the phone
• Comfortable using computer systems, dispatch software, and data entry tools
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
• Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
• Previous dispatching or customer service experience preferred

Work Environment

• Office-based position
• Regular use of phones and computer systems throughout the day
• Standard business hours with a consistent Monday–Friday schedule
