The Assemblers are responsible for assembling parts using a variety of hand tools while working collaboratively on one of several assembly lines. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with mandatory overtime, including Saturdays.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assemble parts at a panel claw assembly station using rivet and rivnut guns as part of a team
• Meet or exceed established production rates and quality standards
• Accurately complete and maintain required production paperwork
• Load finished parts onto skids in accordance with company shipping protocols
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including end-of-shift cleanup
• Assist on the paint line by hanging or removing parts as needed
• Support the AKRO assembly line by assembling parts when required
• Provide support in other areas as assigned to meet production needs

Required Skills & Abilities

• Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and occasionally high-pressure environment
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand or remain in a stationary position for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Ability to perform repetitive motions involving arms, hands, and wrists

Hours are M- F 5 am to 330 pm with mandatory Saturday hours as well. $16.00 hr to start.
